Safety should never be compromised when it comes to your little one. All Diono car seats, including our LiteClik30 infant car seats, our Radian all-in-one convertible car seats, and our line of booster seats, are expertly designed with a Safety 1st ethos.

All of the LiteClik30 infant car seat models were awarded our SafePlus® designation, which is our unique combination of car seat engineering and rigorous testing to provide the best possible protection for your child.

Our LiteClik30 XTand LiteClik30 RXT models use a top tether for added security, which provides stability similar to that of a load leg.

All Diono infant car seats are designed to have quick, simple, and easy installations. We have included features such as EasyPath® belt lock-off, premium LATCH connectors, and 2 bubble level indicators. The LiteClik30 R and LiteClik30 RX infant car seat bases feature a 5-position leveling foot system to ensure the car seat is installed at a proper angle in your vehicle seat. The LiteClik30 XT and LiteClik30 RXT infant car seat bases feature a 2-position leveling foot system.

The strength of a car seat is important, and that’s why Diono famously engineered a steel core for our Radian all-in-one convertible car seats, and has now introduced this to infant car seats. Our LiteClik30 XT / RXT base has a full steel core, made of automotive grade high-strength steel.

Infant car seats that are compatible with strollers and wagons offer extra convenience for families on the go. The LiteClik30 RX, XT, and RXT feature Maxi-Cosi® adaptors, which means they can be used with a variety of competitor travel systems.

Comfort is crucial for parents and babies alike. Our SitRite® comfort insert and harness pads provide multiple levels of personalized support, and the integrated UPF 50+ canopy offers crucial privacy and sun protection.

When your baby grows larger than the maximum weight or height of its infant car seat, it will be time to switch to an all-in-one convertible car seat. This typically happens when a baby is between 9-18 months old.

When your baby outgrows the newborn insert—usually when they hit a particular weight or height—it should be removed. For detailed instructions, refer to the manual of your infant car seat. When your baby has strong head and neck control and no longer needs the extra support from an infant insert, you can usually remove the insert.

The harness on the Diono baby car seat can be adjusted to fit your growing child. Depending on the model, your harness system may or may not have a re-thread. When your infant is rear-facing, make sure the straps are always at or slightly below their shoulders while also being tight enough to prevent you from pinching extra webbing at the shoulders.

Diono offers a complete approach to baby car seat safety called SafePlus Engineering.
